The Holiday Exchange system is where you can deposit your unused timeshare weeks and exchange them for other holiday destinations worldwide at other times of the year.

Once you are a member of Dial An Exchange

You will be able to manage your timeshare weeks easily and efficiently. The list below explains the process and the benefits of the system.

  • Search our Availability and confirm an exchange by calling DAE (Dial An Exchange), or place a request for your exchange destination, or Bank / Deposit your week and come back to us later, when you are ready to plan your next exchange holiday.
    For each week you bank, receive one credit, and have up to 3 years to use it.
    Pay a Nominal Exchange Fee once you have made your holiday booking.
