Dial An Exchange Holiday Exchange System.

The Holiday Exchange system is where you can deposit your empty, un-rented weeks from your holiday property, for other holiday destinations worldwide at other times of the year.

Once you are a member of Dial An Exchange

You will be able to manage your property weeks easily and efficiently. The list below explains the process and the benefits of the system.

  • Contact DAE to Bank / Deposit a holiday week.
  • Pay the cleaning and management (Check-in/Check-out) fees for the week you wish to deposit with DAE.
  • Search our Availability and confirm an exchange, or place a request for your exchange destination, or come back to us later, when you are ready to organize your next exchange holiday.
  • For each week you bank, receive one credit, and have up to 3 years to use it.
  • Pay a Nominal Exchange Fee once you have made your holiday booking.

To Join the Dial An Exchange System please complete the form

DAE will check if your property is already a part of our system, and will contact you to complete your registration, if your property is not already listed with us.

You will receive in the mail your membership pack and membership number within 2 weeks of completing this form.
