DAE has become the first company in the history of the timeshare industry to be awarded 'Best Customer Service' for 8 consecutive years.

Held each year in February, the Perspective Magazine Awards are the industry’s most prestigious Awards, with nominations covering the Shared Holiday industry worldwide.

Why has DAE won the ‘Best Customer Service’ category against our much larger multi-national competitors for 8 years running? Because, to us, being the biggest isn’t what really counts. Service, you will remember, has always been our benchmark.

In 2018, DAE was awarded the Best Overall Company (Less than 250 Employees) for the fifth year running, and Best Customer Service for the eighth year in a row.

The awards were accepted by DAE CEO, Francis Taylor, at the Gala Awards Ceremony, saying: "To be consistently recognised for our level of service is such an honour, as it is what we do every day, with every one of our members and industry partners, all around the world.”
