Many of the vacations we book for our members are never shown online,
because a week is only loaded to the website once we’ve made sure it isn’t wanted by any members who’ve waitlisted a request.


HERE’S THE LOW-DOWN ON HOW WAITLIST REQUESTING WORKS:


  Our personalised request service is completely free – no fee, no need to bank your week up front, no need to have a deposited credit in our system.

  You are under no obligation to accept the week we find for you. When we find you a match we’ll get in touch and offer you first option to book, but if you’ve made other arrangements simply let us know and we’ll offer it to the next person on the waitlist.

  You can place a request, online or by phone.

  We’re serious about the science! We have developed an automated matching system which alerts us when matching requested inventory is loaded. If no match is found we will keep trying for you. We’ll contact our trading partners - resorts, and management companies - and try to trade with them to get the week you want.

  Plan well ahead. We’ll take requests up to 2 years in advance, so request now for 2018, 2019 or 2020. The more time we have, the greater your chance of success.

  If your goal is to get to a popular destination like the ‘Gold Coast’ or ‘Queenstown’, your best chance of is to be flexible on dates.

  Be flexible on resorts. You may have a particular resort in mind, but it’s the destination that you really want to get to, don’t get hung up on a single resort and consider alternatives.

  When you see a SOLD symbol on the website it doesn’t mean the resort has no more availability, just that the week shown has been sold. That’s why we put the REQUEST button there – it’s a very real opportunity to get what you want.

  Remember – the best source of inventory is you! The earlier you deposit, the more our members including you, get to go on the vacations of their dreams!
